The phase transition in TlIn(S0.93Se0.07)polycrystals


The temperature dependences of the dielectric properties of TlIn(S0.93Se0.07)2 polycrystals in the temperature region of phase transitions existence were studied under the influence of high pressure. Pressure increase leads to the shift of anomalies of dielectric constant and dielectric loss tangent towards higher temperatures. A complex polycritical region is shown to exist in the pressure range ρ>540MPa. A (ρ,T) phase diagram was built
