Emission spectra of high-voltage pulse-periodical dischargeusing mixtures of cytosine and thymine vapours with helium and argon in spectral range 250–1000 nm were studied. It was analyzed the spectra of radiation evolution with temperature changes. The research results confirm the complementarity of discharge and electronic impact influences and the methods of analysis of these impacts (spectroscopic and mass spectroscopic) to complex organic molecules
