The Editor-in-Chief has retracted this article. An investigation by the Editorial Board revealed serious concerns, involving authors' unethical behaviour. According to open-source court records, it was established that the author didn't write the article personally. It's a clear evidence of ghostwriting.
The author did not respond to correspondence about this retraction.
